The kitchen is open to the dining room and fully equipped, it has a double pantry area. On this same floor there is a bedroom, which is currently used as an office. On the upper floor, there is another spacious living area. There are three large bedrooms and a bathroom. From every window you can enjoy the magnificent views. Downstairs from the dining room there is access to the back patio where there is a barbecue area. Here is a first annex building, where there is a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. In another annex building, the jewel of this property, which is the Jacuzzi room surrounded by natural rocks of the area to enjoy a well deserved rest. From here there is a door leading to the large garage which is currently used as a play area. The finca has several pellet chimneys for your comfort during the winter nights. Privacy, peace and quiet are the main advantages of our finca.The finca consists of two houses, the main house and the so-called paella house, which is more than a hundred years old. Today, this house is also suitable for accommodating guests. It has its own kitchen with barbecue and oven, a living room with fireplace and an old wine cellar. The living room can also be used as a bedroom, as it has a double sofa bed. There is a TV and an internet connection. The bedroom with double bed, toilet and shower is located in the other wing of the building and has a separate entrance.The main house is built in typical Spanish style and has three floors. On the ground floor there is the main kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and views of the park and pool, five bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with WC and a living room with sauna.On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, shower, sink and toilet.
