Today, this house is also suitable for accommodating guests. It has its own kitchen with barbecue and oven, a living room with fireplace and an old wine cellar. The living room can also be used as a bedroom, as it has a double sofa bed. There is a TV and an internet connection. The bedroom with double bed, toilet and shower is located in the other wing of the building and has a separate entrance.The main house is built in typical Spanish style and has three floors. On the ground floor there is the main kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and views of the park and pool, five bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with WC and a living room with sauna.On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, shower, sink and toilet. On the same floor there is a small office with a library and a nice small balcony.On the third floor there is a nice bedroom with a large bed, a terrace and a beautiful view of the sea and the village of Altea.The property of the finca is classified as rustic, which means that the existing structures can be renovated and refurbished, but it is not possible to extend the existing structures or to build new structures.
